This week we had our first bi-annual check-up under our new service contract with C&G. We were very impressed last October with Chris who sold us our new 3 ton variable speed Trane heat pump and corresponding air handler and the crew who installed it. And, we were not disappointed with the recent check-up by Tarek. He exhibited the same professionalism, knowledge and integrity that we'd come to expect from C&G. He was thorough and patiently worked to address an air velocity issue that had pre-dated the new unit. We are thrilled to have found C&G!
