Buck is always professional and knowledgeable. He has been servicing our home for 3-4 yrs which is great that he has the history.

I requested a proposal from C&G to replace my old 5 ton AC system. They responded quickly and sent Joe, a very knowledgeable Technician!
He carefully reviewed the existing equipment and began to give me a very detailed explanation of the new installation process pointing out how they were going to correct all of discovered problems.
Next he gave me multiple options listening to all of my concerns and answering all of my questions.
When I am ready to make my final decision on equipment selection it will be an easy choice.

Daniel was fantastic. He was able to get our blower motor back up and working. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been a Coventry and Gattis customer for years and have never been disappointed in the customer service or service they provide. Chris and Shelby a great too!
