Originally had Coventry come out in April for an AC tune up and they just came out today to check on the heating and furnace. Tarek came out both times and was super professional and knowledgeable. He doesn't sugar coat it and doesn't try to up-sell. Just straight facts. Really appreciate the service and information. Highly recommend these guys. Give them a call, you're in good hands.

highly satisfied with the service. I have several accounts under this AC company. They rescued all repairing situation promptly and with very reasonable price. Cedric is the tech that I requested many times. He is very professional and with awesome manners. He installed a brand new unit for us, and kept an extra eye on the whole process since it was a rental property and we were not able to make it there that day. Thanks for Cedric's time and patience, all units have been surviving through hot summer in Texas. Great company ! Great everything over all with them. Thank you for this honest company here locally.

My husband and I have been very pleased with Coventry & Gattis! They have so far provided excellent service, from the first phone call, to the on-site estimate, and to the actual doing of the work today. Their technicians are knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond. We typically have tons of questions, and David and his partner (can't remember his name!) very patiently and thoroughly answered every one of them. They even caught another separate issue that we may have been having with our roof. It's hard to find companies that care enough to go above and beyond in this way, and we truly appreciate it! On a side note, I did compare other HVAC companies and Coventry & Gattis provides excellent service for very fair prices too.

Installed three complete top-of-the-line Trane units in the heat of a Texas summer. This company is great to work with. Chris made an excellent sales presentation that swayed us away from another company. The General Manager (Greg) was here a great deal of the time and was friendly, informative and got right in there and worked with the crew. The installers were great. They took care of my house (no dings!) and really seemed to care about working with me to get things working again. C&G beat the big box companies (you know, the ones with the really bad TV commercials) by several, I mean SEVERAL, thousand dollars. Cudos to Lisa who kept me continously informed on where and when. If you're looking for a fair price, excellent customer care and skilled technicians, give them a look - it worked out great for me. Thanks C&G!
Called around 9:00 AM for our contract appointment this morning and Tarek was here between 2-4. Fabulous diagnostics and repairs. Our air conditioner system is 12 years old and has never had servicing. It was overdue. Working far more efficiently now. Tarek pinpointed the issues, showed us pictures of before and after and all the readings. Coventry and Gattis is reliable, efficient and very reasonable. Customer service is OUTSTANDING. Ask for Tarek.
