Coventry & Gattis customer service got us scheduled right away & the service tech Tarek was amazing! Tarek explained everything in detail and explained every step of the way! Thanks to the honest reviews on Nextdoor , Facebook, Google, & Yelp. I took a chance and hired Coventry & Gattis today! One of our AC units stopped working a few days ago. David Yoak came out and inspected. At first he thought the unit might be a gonner. As he moved all the junk we had around it (again so sorry David), he discovered that that unit was not dead, but the wires had been chewed up by rodents or the bunny that ran out of there! Needless to say, problem solved and he saved us a ton of money. This company is Professional, honest, fair and great communication from start to finish. We had been w/Berkeys for 5 years. It was time to change! We are are now happy customers of Coventry & Gattis! They'll be back in a couple weeks to perform maint on our other AC units.

My first encounter with this company was with one of their employees acting as our own personal hero. Our dogs had gotten out of the house and we didn't discover this until we got home. We were searching everywhere until I got a call from their employee Chris. He had found them MILES from our home. He took great care of them and waited for us for almost 20 minutes to get there. He was warm, kind and gracious. He was definitely our hero that day. We'll be using Coventry and Gattis for all our AC needs in the future. Thanks again Chris!
