Was looking for a gas valve all week. Everyone kept saying that it would take 10 business days to receive. My father n law went up to Coventry and Gattis Air and Chris W. helped us out immediately. Coventry Gattis installed our units. They inspector our door Saturday, de them every year. We have only received excellent service from them any time we call. One of our units failed on Friday night. I called to leave a message hoping to get "in line" for service. Anthony was at our door Saturday, determined the problem. We have cool air now. The installers were knowledgeable, personable and efficient!

I recently had Coventry & Gattis send me a quote for a new air conditioner unit. The sales rep that came out was extremely knowledgable and thoroughly explained all parts of the system. He answered all my questions on my air conditioner as well as the units they sell and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced both A/C units and furnaces in our house due to age. I got 4 bids and they were competitive in price. Both days of the installation they were there exactly at the time they said they would be and took all precautions including covering my carpet. They have been responsive to questions and everything is working great. What more can you ask for?
Amazing customer service! Our air conditioner failed in the middle of the night during the hottest week that we've had this year. I called Coventry & Gattis expecting to be told that they had too many other things to do. However, Lisa was incredible - she was friendly, compassionate, and said that, although they had a full schedule, she would keep an eye on things, and let me know if they could squeeze me in. She even called me a few hours later just to say that she hadn't forgotten about me! I was floored that this business, who was no doubt incredibly busy on this hot day, took the time to check in and update me on how things were going, even if they didn't quite have the news I was hoping for just yet. In the end - they DID squeeze us in. Jerry came out, determined the problem quickly, and then showed up bright and early the next morning with the needed part to get our AC up and running. To top off our great experience, we didn't feel ripped off. No one pushed us to try to get a new AC system (or even suggested it). We paid a fair price for the fix, and got some education on maintenance and when to replace our unit in the future. I highly, highly recommend Coventry & Gattis and their exceptional team!
We had Coventry and Gattis come by for what really was a second (or third opinion in our case) as the first two companies were quoting a complete system replacement. C&G agreed with the previous determinations. What really impressed me and immediately made my decision to go with them easy is their thoroughness, Chris not only provided me with VERY competitive pricing but suggested that my ducting and supply/return system be reworked quite a bit to ensure proper performance of the new system, and all of this was included at the quoted price! His Team arrived promptly on the agreed to date and time to begin the work, they were very respectful, professional and courteous and best of all, at no time was I upsold on anything at all, they came in, completed the work and cleaned up whatever mess they left behind. Although it has not been too warm lately, I am certain the new system they installed for me will be up to the task in August due to their attention to detail in treating the job as a whole system, not just the equipment they installed. None of the other companies mentioned the ducting and/or supply/return systems and I'm positive that they would have simply installed the equipment we purchased left the the ancillary things as-is and walked away. We look forward to using C&G whenever the next opportunity arises
