We have used Coventry & Gattis for years (and have always had a wonderful experience), but today exemplified their true excellence in customer service. Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I called first thing this morning (on a Sunday), and they sent a service technician out right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired our unit. I highly recommend Coventry & Gattis for their dedication to customer service, timely response, and quick repair. Thank you, Coventry & Gattis!
I've been a homeowner going on 15 years 2 different homes and numerous AC issues over the years. I have used several different AC companies for service work, inspections, and part replacement. I must say Coventry and Gattis is far better than any company I've used in the past!!! It's starts with Lisa in the office and runs through all there service techs. I believe you will not find a better company out there. They are honest and have the upmost integrity!!! They far succeed expectations on communication. They go out of there way to fix your issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. They will be the only company I will recommend from this point forward!!! Good job to all of you at Coventry and Gattis!!!

I have used several different HVAC companies over the years, and for the most part, all have been very good. However, after an issue with one of my A/C units, one such came out and and gave their diagnosis that an all new system was needeed (which in all fairness was ultimately accurate), I decided to call Coventry & Gattis for a second opinion. I had received some positive feedback from others on NextDoor, and my experience was equally positive after their first visit. Chris (co-owner) from C&G came out and confirmed the issue - I needed an entirely new system. However, what he did differently was to walk me thru not only why he recommended a new system, but he also offered some alternative solutions which ranged from a seasonal solution to pricing on a new system and a couple of other ideas in-between. I opted for the seasonal solution which worked for another season or two and was CONSIDERABLY less than a new system. After a few visits from C&G on this and other matters, I found every visit to be exactly the same - thorough, professional, the problems were solved, pricing was fair and all of this with a little patience thrown in for good measure. Fast forward to July 2019, and we realized a new system was the best route going forward. Chris again came out, offered one-last seasonal solution until his crew could come out a week later to install the new system. These gentlemen were incredible. They were fast (in by 8:30am and out by 3:00pm), they were professional, they answered every question we had, and after the job, they cleaned and vacuumed every area of the house in which they had worked. I would gladly recommend Chris and his team from Coventry & Gattis for anything from service to an entire system replacement.

As usual, the service was exceptional. We wouldn't consider any other company for our air/heating needs. They are the BEST!!
