I've been using Coventry and Gattis for the last 10 + years and I have always been very pleased with their service. Today Lisa was able to fit me in to their schedule, and Tarek replaced my thermostat. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and they take care of your issue before they leave. Great company!!
The team arrived promptly at the agreed time. They were very efficient and yet careful with our property as they installed a replacement air-conditioning unit. They completed the installation and explained the changes in the new system.

We've been Coventry & Gattis customers for several years. Recently, the motor on our AC failed. Cedric came out in a few hours. He correctly diagnosed the problem went back to the office for a new motor and stayed late in the evening to complete the repair. We were very satisfied and grateful for all his hard work and especially that he stayed that night to finish.
Coventry are very professional and trustworthy. The techs go above and beyond to help the customer out. Coventry has my business for all my AC and plumbing needs.
