Spectacular company. We've owned a few houses, and worked with a lot of HVAC companies. The folks at Coventry & Gattis are the best. We have a large house, and they've replaced four of our six units. They're extremely responsive, and their customer service is top notch. Chris, one of the owners, will respond within minutes. Cedric, one of their technicians, is very knowledgeable and just seems like an overall great guy. You will not find a better or more reliable HVAC company.

Really appreciate Gregg coming out. A larger company wanted to charge me $1,500 plus waiting for parts to come in. Gregg arrived in time, did a simple fix today, and charged me $250. So appreciative!
Buck is polite, friendly, listens well does a good job and is helpful. So happy to have him return as our service agent.
Tech Albert came to do Spring maintenance May 5, all the usual checks. He said he ran water through the unit upstairs to make sure drain working properly. Checked compressors, made sure thermostats working. All OK. Now, on June 29, techs come back out to clean clogged drain in attic, and we were charged ~$215. Do not understand how drain would clog since Nay 5, and why such a large bill. Coincidentally, our house sitter recently mentioned the downstairs thermostat didn't seem to be working properly, and she changed batteries. Didn't Albert check batteries when he was there May 5? Also, since we are out of town we would have appreciated getting a bill from you so we could either give you a credit card, or send you a check. Rather disappointed.
