George H was so efficient and helpful in sharing his findings when he did a maintenance check on my system. He showed me where problems were, and offered solutions on how to fix them. Since I have a 20 year old system, I decided to go ahead and replace the system. How came over and was able to walk me through different options. In the end, I got a good deal on a new system, with discounts, and am very happy with all their help, and future service.
Georgia H serviced my 20 year old heat pump system, and found and explained all that he found. When he told me the total cost to fix all the issues, I decided to go ahead and replace the whole system, rather than Joe was able to come over right away and explained my choices. They were both so helpful, answering all my questions, and I feel assured that I am getting a great new system and reliable service from Coventry and Gattis.

Buck was very responsive which is critical when it's going to be a 100 degree day. He was thoughtful and deliberate about diagnosing the correct issue, unlike my previous HVAC tech. He was also a delight to talk with to make sure I understood the problem and the repair.

Buck did a great job fixing the issue with one of our air conditioning units. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made the repairs and took pictures of all the work. He was very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend Coventry and Gattis for all your AC needs.
