I've been using Coventry & Gattis A/C for the past year and a half, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Their technicians are consistently professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous, and the customer service has been outstanding every step of the way.
I'm enrolled in their CoventryCare monthly maintenance program, and it has been well worth the cost. The plan includes two comprehensive maintenance visits each year—one in the spring and one in the late fall. During each visit, the technician performs an extensive inspection and testing of the entire HVAC system using a detailed checklist. They document everything with notes and photos, then take the time to review the results with me, explain any findings, and answer all of my questions.
It's clear they take pride in their work and focus on preventive maintenance rather than just fixing problems when they arise. I have complete confidence that my system is being well cared for, which gives me real peace of mind.
I highly recommend Coventry & Gattis to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional HVAC company.

George, was great. Very thorough on the system service call. He was very detail and thorough. Very professional.
The technician was on time and courteous. He explained what he was going do, and then afterwards had a tablet with his report of findings. I feel like he was one of the most thorough techs we have had. He also changed t he filters. I recommend Coventry & Gattis and George. For $150, they come out twice a year to service the a/c or heating.
