C & G, thank you for sending out Greg to troubleshoot our A/C issue. He immediately figured out and corrected the issue, but he took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit to rule out any other issues. (Thank goodness there weren't any) Greg is the reason we have been a loyal customer of C & G for the last 16 years. He came out to service our old unit when we first moved into this home, He and every technician who have been to our are honest men who truly care about their customers. And it all began with Greg earning our trust.

Coventry and Gattis responded to an AC failure for our 19 year old HVAC system. Shelby did a great job confirming fan failure for condenser with possible damage to compressor. He provided costs, risks and timing for fan replacement and the option to speak with Joseph regarding replacement of complete system. Shelby's feedback was very clear without any pressure regarding either choice. After discussion with Joseph about both options, we have authorized system replacement.
Coventry & Gattis is consistently dependable. They always find time to service my system, arrive on schedule, communicate clearly, and provide transparent, trustworthy recommendations. I highly recommend C&G.
Buck was able to get over within an hour of us calling to report an issue with our thermostat not coming on. He trouble shot the issue in the blazing hot attic and was able to fix it without wasting time. Everything was covered under their maintenance plan and we are on our way to a cool house once again.
