George H was so efficient and helpful in sharing his findings when he did a maintenance check on my system. He showed me where problems were, and offered solutions on how to fix them. Since I have a 20 year old system, I decided to go ahead and replace the system. How came over and was able to walk me through different options. In the end, I got a good deal on a new system, with discounts, and am very happy with all their help, and future service.
Georgia H serviced my 20 year old heat pump system, and found and explained all that he found. When he told me the total cost to fix all the issues, I decided to go ahead and replace the whole system, rather than Joe was able to come over right away and explained my choices. They were both so helpful, answering all my questions, and I feel assured that I am getting a great new system and reliable service from Coventry and Gattis.
George was professional and courteous. We look forward to continuing or relationship with Coventry and Gattis.
