Have used them for many years, in 3 different houses. They replaced the entire system in my current house and I am extremely happy with their service and technicians. Coventry and Gattis are the greatest A/C and heat company there is. Also, their maintenance plan of twice a year check up keeps everything running great. Kudos!
Respectfulness and attention to detail set this company apart. From the top, down these guys are number one in DFW. We've been with them for almost 20 years. Buck and the rest of the team go above and beyond...always. They came through years ago when I was deployed, making sure the home was squared away with no issues. Good job guys.
Shelby was great! He called almost an hour before our time window started and said he was 12 minutes away and asked if I wanted him to come early. He came in and assessed my situation with our thermostat control and got us back on line. Then he walked me through the steps for any future problems. Super nice and did a great job!
