The service support team was very responsive. Daniel was so nice and professional. He documented everything that we looked at in pictures and videos, walked me through all of the options to repair or replace what we need and I never felt any pressure. I highly recommend getting quotes from Coventry & Gattis.
It is a real pleasure to have Shelby do our semi annual service. It is truly a 5 star event.

Have used them for many years, in 3 different houses. They replaced the entire system in my current house and I am extremely happy with their service and technicians. Coventry and Gattis are the greatest A/C and heat company there is. Also, their maintenance plan of twice a year check up keeps everything running great. Kudos!
