Quick response. Arrived home from a trip to find our upstairs at 97 degrees. AC unit not working. It was late afternoon. We called and the repairman was on site the next morning. Courteous and efficient. Had the upstairs cooling off in an hour.
Greg was great, checked everything out and was thorough in cleaning and explaining what the issue may have been. Very happy with the service.
Coventry & Gattis is by far the best service provider we use across all our needs. We have been customers for well over 10 years And they have completely replaced the HVAC systems in both of my houses. They are fairly priced, very customer oriented and professional. We are part of their maintenance program, which includes a spring and fall systems tuneup again for a reasonable price. As part of this program, you get all preferred pricing on needed repairs and quick turnaround. Just this weekend,(high 105° outside) our upstairs AC unit Quit on us at 9:30 PM on Saturday night, they had The system repaired by noon on Sunday.. We can not say enough, good things about them and our friends who use them as well also consider them their best service provider across-the-board.

Professional and courteous service
Quick turnaround time on a compressor start discrepancy during heat wave. Daniel arrived promptly for appointment, troubleshot, and repaired the unit.

Cedric is great! Called on a Sunday morning when they were closed with my AC unit not working, Cedric called me back 30 minutes later and got me on his schedule for the same day. He was able to do the repair quickly and get us up and running in a few hours! He is very trustworthy, he also replaced our outside unit a few summers ago and had a good experience then.
