I have used Coventry & Gattis for about 5 years. Chris the owner, is always great to work with and honest in his dealings. They are transparent on pricing, and take time to address any concerns I have had, including correcting anything that wasn't perfect the first time. Special thanks to their technician Joe, who is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to come up with some novel solutions to problems presented by a 40 year old home.
Punctual & curteous
Great work, kind & considerate person. Thank you
He is the best service gent I've ever had in all my years of services. Not the mention Gattis is the best AC co. I've ever used.
Great service as always - still really enjoying the new system and the convenient service appointments after about 18 months since installation.
Joe was very professional & helpful. Thank you.
Buck is an excellent tech. He explains HVAC issues very well, answers all questions thoroughly. Very professional and very courteous as well. Have complete trust in him as a HVAC Professional.
Greg was excellent and very friendly as well. Thank you, Greg and Coventry and Gattis
Buck arrived on time (had called ahead), was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, communicative, thorough, and did the small extras to put everything back as it was. He remains top notch. I can't imagine better service. Thanks, Buck!! Thanks, C&G!
