I'm so glad to connect with this company. There's been changes but I feel like family talking to Greg from when we started. I called for help when my a/c went out at 105 degrees last year and they came out right away. Honest and trustworthy. I have used this company for years.
We have been with C&G for many years and always happy with routine service/maintenance. Today, we had a rush service request and within just a few hours, Nick dispatched Shelby to our house and before we knew it - our AC was up and running again! Super professional and friendly service to boot!
We have been using Coventry and Gattis for years and they always do an excellent job. Shelby came out today for service and was very polite and knowledgeable.
C&G adjusted their schedule for me. Their internal communication was excellent related to the schedule. Buck arrived on time (had called ahead), was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, communicative, thorough, and did the small extras to put everything back as it was. He remains top notch. C&G A/C is the ONLY HVAC service business that we use, for both my home and commercial properties since 2018. They are always prompt, they stand by their word and they provide an excellent service!

Holiday weekend, Gregg responded immediately, came in less than 2 hours and fixed within an hour and very reasonable rate.
We are very happy with the service of Buck from Coventry and Gattis. The Company has always taken care of our AC needs and only fixes what needs to be fixed without pushing lots of extras. We wouldn't use anyone else.
