Daniel C was the technician that was sent to service both of our AC units. He was very friendly and thorough. Called me 30 minutes in advance when he would be arriving within my scheduled time. Thank you C&G for sending your best to service our AC needs!
Buck was very professional during his visit to include on time within stated time range, introduction, shoe covers, neat appearance and exit.
During the exit, Buck advised me that one of their check points showed a slight weaker signal than is normal but not to the point of replacement. Just keep an eye on the units and call them if we have a problem in the future. I was extremely pleased.

Excellent and prompt service
The service support team was very responsive. Daniel was so nice and professional. He documented everything that we looked at in pictures and videos, walked me through all of the options to repair or replace what we need and I never felt any pressure. I highly recommend getting quotes from Coventry & Gattis.
It is a real pleasure to have Shelby do our semi annual service. It is truly a 5 star event.
