We bought the one year maintenance plan today because this company and their employees (Daniel C.) are the very best you'll find! And it's already cooling down in this house… gratefully.
I have been a customer of Coventry and Gattis for several years now and this company is top notch. I have had 4 technicians over the years and they have all been amazing. Today, Daniel came and performed the maintenance check for my HVAC system. He called ahead to let me know he was coming and he was right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and so very polite. I especially like that this company offers a service agreement with a little bit of extra incentives. I highly recommend Coventry and Gattis and Daniel as well.
Greg does a very professional job. He leaves no mess or indication that he has even been here. I feel very comfortable having him in my home and know that my furnaces are in good shape for the winter.
Daniel was great!! He was prompt, efficient, and communicates well. My furnaces are old and he didn't try to sell me new units. I'm a new client and very pleased.
