Coventry & Gattis A/C service has the best technicians. Today Buc installed air cleaner onto the Carrier system they installed a year ago. He was polite and explained what he would be doing. Following the install in the attic he showed me the pictures plus the uv light. He updated me on their filter policy. It will be changed in the air cleaner at the same time as maintenance for the air conditioner and furnace. Buc is very knowledgeable plus he truly enjoys working for Coventry & Gattis.
Cedric did a great job explaining the situation with my AC. I would highly recommend this company attention to detail on. Workmanship is great. .

Technician Greg was timely, polite, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions I could throw at him. He was eager to get an answer to any problem, or symptom of a problem, I gave him. A truly pleasant repair experience.
