Shelby provided the maintenance for our HVAC systems today. We were very impressed. Shelby was so thorough with the inspection of the 3 units, & he did a fine job of cleaning the outside units as well as adding the distilled vinegar to the interior pans. He then vacuumed the debris afterwards. Shelby also moved all of our moving boxes & items not yet unpacked out of the way to the HVAC access areas. I had to leave for an appointment so my husband stayed for the last hour of the visit. My husband said he was so impressed with the detailed maintenance information, pictures and explanations involved. Thank you to Shelby & to Coventry & Gattis. We have been so happy with the service provided.
