Our A/C started blowing hot air. Called
Coventry, they sent Greg out that afternoon. He found a leak in the coils. Added freon to get us through the evening, was out the next day to replace the coils. No charge as the unit was under warranty. Great job!
Professional and the guy came on time
As per all previous services from full system install, upgrade duct flow bypass and all things heating I have used no other service. Business has changed hands 3 times in the last 40 years and the professional quality has never faltered in that time. If it ain't broke don't fix it - but if the HVAC system breaks - call Coventry Gattis...me and the neighbors do.

These folks were not the highest nor the lowest from 4 Bids I solicited but certainly the most detailed with their bid presentation of how to solve my HVAC concerns. We had 2 1/2 days of work done rezoning my 2 story home and replacing the Thermostats with new Trane Nexia Thermostats, a NEW Trane 5 Ton condenser unit with a new Variable speed and a Trane Clean Effects filtration unit. Lots of NEW Duct work as well. The work went went smoothly and perfectly. The install Team was efficient with little disruption to the house. All work areas were cleaned up very well. Every detail of the job was explained and reviewed before and after the work was completed. After building this home 8 years ago this is the first time my wife and I have been able to sleep without the ceiling fan on. The air in our home now feels very balance. Thank you Coventry and Gattis for a Job Well Done !
