Coventry & Gattis has been great to deal with since the first time we called. After experiencing the "used car salesman" from a different company, we called them and the experiencing was as far from that as could be. We were given reasonable options with no attempt on up-selling us on something we didn't need. Installation went off without any issues, and we've been using the maintenance package ever since. The service techs that come are always prompt and professional, as well as friendly which is often overlooked in importance. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We noticed our A/C wasn't working on a Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend. We panicked a little bit. We called Coventry. An technician was at our house within 30 minutes. The problem was quickly identified and resolved. The excellent tech didn't stop there. He performed a thorough check of our system to make sure everything was ok.
Coventry & Gattis, specifically Terek A., are reliable, reasonable, and always competent. Terek explains so you can make educated decisions. Things haven't always gone without issue, what's important is when there was an issue they responded and fixed it at my convenience not theirs!
They took care of my request in record time. Buck was courteous, explained everything he was doing and was able to get my a/c up and running. Coventry and Gattis has taken great care of me throughout the years!
These guys are honest and transparent without games that has become too familiar in the AC industry
