Buck did an outstanding job. He was very polite and mannerly.
In addition he cleaned up the work that the other technicians left behind in the attic when they installed the AC unit. It was not part of his responsibility, but he went over and above.
Buck is always courteous, explains things well, and we feel that he is professional and friendly. It's always great when he comes out and checks our air conditioning/heating system to make sure it is working as it's supposed to. Great experience
