David was our technician. He was here on time , diagnosed the problem and fixed our ac. It has been over 100 degrees everyday since our ac was out. I was never more excited to see the air conditioning person! Thanks Coventry and Gattis for coming to my rescue!
My furnace went out when it was 16 degrees or below outside. The house inside felt like Army cold. We called Coventry & Gattis and Cedric came to house. Unfortunately we have been limping the furnance along for years and finally the furnance gave out. We decided to purchase a new one. Cedric walked us through to purchase a new heatpump furnance with new duct work at very reasonable price. As busy as Coventry & Gattis was they were able to install next day. In less than 30 hours from purchase, David was teaching us how to use our new furnace.

Our technician visited us today for HVAC maintenance. He was so nice and polite and knowledgeable, and presented options for consideration without pressure. He even has a plan for summer visit already lined up so we know what to expect then. Look forward to continuing to work with him!
