Coventry & Gattis has been great to deal with since the first time we called. After experiencing the "used car salesman" from a different company, we called them and the experiencing was as far from that as could be. We were given reasonable options with no attempt on up-selling us on something we didn't need. Installation went off without any issues, and we've been using the maintenance package ever since. The service techs that come are always prompt and professional, as well as friendly which is often overlooked in importance. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Coventry & Gattis makes HVAC maintenance easy. A reminder text is sent when maintenance is due and friendly appt set up. Buck has been our tech and he is on-time, trustworthy, and friendly. He did a very thorough check up and communicated well the status of our units.
This is the best company I have ever used for AC. They repaired one unit and replaced a second. They were responsive, did high quality work, and were cost effective. Few weeks after, I had a leak in my ceiling and thought perhaps it was from the air handler pipe / condensation. I emailed at 7:30 pm at night and they responded within 15 min and were out the next day. Pedro took the panel off and checked the unit and determine it was not the unit but a bathtub on the second floor. They referred me to a plumber that came out the next day. Further, they did not charge me for the visit. They truly go above and beyond and put the customer first. Thanks you Coventry for the excellent service.
Daniel C. came out to do my 6 months service. He patiently allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted and he answered every one with confidence. He gave me assurance that C & G would do whatever necessary to assure that I was a happy customer. Patient, knowledgeable, efficient.
They did a great job as always, were able to come out same day when my AC wasn't cooling and had it fixed in less than an hour and back to cooling!
