Shelby was great! He called almost an hour before our time window started and said he was 12 minutes away and asked if I wanted him to come early. He came in and assessed my situation with our thermostat control and got us back on line. Then he walked me through the steps for any future problems. Super nice and did a great job!
Buck did a fine job of servicing the unit. He explained all options available, so we could make a choice. We have been a satisfied customer of Coventry & Gattis for years.
