This was my first time to use C&G's service after the owner of the company who previously provided HVAC service to me for 25 years retired. I have a well-maintained, 29-year old system that is near the end of its useful life. Gregg listened carefully to my situation and provided 3 thoughtful, viable solutions (short, intermediate and long-term), discussed the pros/cons of each and carefully answered my questions in detail. He did not apply pressure or scare tactics and told me C&G will be ready to assist when reach a decision. While I am currently evaluating my options, I am very satisfied with the service C&G has provided to date, and am hopeful that we will establish a strong & lasting relationship.
Definitely recommend Coventry & Gattis! Daniel came out to do a routine checkup on the unit. He was on time, got everything done pretty quickly and the cost was pretty affordable compared to other companies I've used in the past. I will be using them again in the future for any AC needs.
